Delivery Coverage

SmartBazzar currently delivers to most locations across India through trusted courier partners.

In case your area is not serviceable, we will notify you and provide a refund if payment has already been made.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products and promotional offers.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available on eligible products and serviceable pin codes.
  • SmartBazzar reserves the right to limit or deny COD service for certain locations or orders.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
